Employee Spotlight — Leslie Pasch

Leslie Pasch always wanted to work in the medical world. She definitely stuck to that dream, as she’s served in the eye care field for over 20 years now.

Leslie finds herself drawn to the transformative power of eye care and how dramatically it can change people’s daily lives.

“I love seeing patients happy and hearing them say, ‘I can see again,'” she said. “The bonds we form with patients through this process is priceless. Enhanced vision is a special gift that we love giving.”

Leslie joined the Indiana Eye Clinic family three years ago, and for her, the description of it as a family is fitting.

“These wonderful people I work with have become my second family,” she said. “We are always here for each other and always willing to help out in any way we can.”

Leslie currently serves as a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA) and Certified Ophthalmic Scribe (OSC), assisting with testing and transcribing patients’ medical histories and examinations.

Outside of the clinic, Leslie is happily married with four children and one grandchild. They keep her busy with various activities, including bowling, gymnastics and softball.

In regard to her family, co-workers and patients, Leslie said, “Spending time with all of them is a blessing.”
