It is a Medicare Certified facility, licensed by the Indiana State Department of Health and recognized by the AAAHC (Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc.) for its commitment to excellence and high quality care.
Q. How expensive is surgery at the Indiana Eye Clinic compared to a hospital?
A. Because we perform surgery in our outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center, the facility expense is much less than if the same procedure was done in a traditional hospital setting.

Q. What insurance policies do you accept?
A. The Indiana Eye Clinic is enrolled in most common insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid. Once your insurance company has processed your claim, we will send you a statement.
Q. Will insurance cover my laser vision surgery?
A. Most insurance companies consider refractive surgery an elective procedure, so it is usually not covered. However, some plans offer members a discount. Please check your plan’s coverage.
