At the Indiana Eye Clinic, our number one priority is always the health and safety of our staff, patients and visitors. While we are dealing with the ramifications of the COVID-19 pandemic, our team continues to be committed to helping patients.

If you or a family member are scheduled for an appointment in our offices, we ask that you
please follow these guidelines:

  • If you have a fever, sore throat or cough, please do NOT come into our clinic/offices. Please call 317-881-3937 to speak to one of our staff. Based on your symptoms and health factors, we will discuss appropriate next steps.
  • Please inform us in advance if you have traveled outside the United States in the last 14 days.
  • If someone must accompany you for your visit, please limit it to one person only.
  • All patients and visitors are required to wear a face mask or a face covering in the Ambulatory Surgery Center.
  • Prior to your appointment, you must complete your registration online at the following link: https://indianaeyeclinic.com/registration/

To further ensure everyone’s safety, we are taking these additional measures:

  • In general, we are limiting the number of patients and visitors to our clinic.
  • We ask all patients to complete paperwork (register online here) online and check in via phone.
  • In the Ambulatory Surgery Center, we conduct screening questionnaires and temperature checks for every patient, visitor and staff member.
  • We have limited seating for social distancing purposes.
  • Providing you with the shortest wait time possible to limit your exposure while still giving you with the care you need.
  • In the Ambulatory Surgery Center, our staff is wearing masks and appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
  • We disinfect your exam room immediately before and after your appointment.
  • We have Installed breath shields in each exam room and front desk areas.
  • We disinfect all clipboards and pens after each use.
  • Providing additional staff training for everyone’s safety.

For patients unable or uncomfortable to visit our office, we are offering a Telemedicine option. Simply call our Greenwood office at 317-881-3937 for assistance with scheduling an appointment or connecting with one of our doctors.
